I absolutely loved my cozy Deluxe King Room! The pool and sauna were perfect for winding down after a day of exploring, and the complimentary flavored water in the lobby was a delightful touch. The attention to detail in amenities, like free trolleys to help cart luggage, made my stay feel extra special.

The hotel has beautifully decorated public areas, making it a welcoming space where seniors can easily navigate. The warm tones and soft lighting create a soothing environment that invites relaxation after a hectic day of travel.

More seating available in common areas would be nice.

Great spot for travelers

I checked in online but there were some issues with the mobile key, was a bit frustrating. The room was nice and cozy though, made it all worthwhile. They have a solid bar area, made for a good evening.

It wasn't cheap but it kept my peace of mind while flying.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, setting up a travel cot for my youngest, which made our experience seamless. The location was convenient for catching our early flight, but having a shuttle service would have enhanced the convenience further.

I had a fantastic stay! The showers were amazing, there was a great pool area, and my gluten-free needs were expertly catered to at breakfast. Would definitely choose this place again!

I stayed here for a night and loved the quick access to Cranford Park Bridge, which is perfect for a weekend stroll, and the nearby London Motor Museum was an absolute delight to explore. the room was comfortable and I appreciated the executive lounge access, making our stay even more enjoyable.

my stay exceeded expectations! the last time i visited in hillingdon was decent, but this time the room was spotless and the amenities were top-notch. the pool really made the trip worthwhile and the staff were very accommodating.

the hot tub was out of order.

the staff were super friendly and helpful, went out of their way to accommodate us after our flight got delayed. the swimming pool was a hit with the teens and great for unwinding. the restaurant had an impressiv menu that exceeded our expectashuns for an airport hotel. the room was comfy and clean, really made our unexpected longer stay more bearable.

i was kinda bummed that the shuttle to the airport wasn’t free and took a while to get there. also, we had to wait a bit for room service and it just wasn’t what we ordered.

Had a great time with friends! We visited Windsor Castle and LEGOLAND®, which were both close by. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for our group. Just a heads up, breakfast options were limited but overall good quality. Don't miss using the pool and gym facilities if you can!
